About Us

Welcome to Majubina Group Berhad, a company with a proud history dating back to 1985. We started as a manufacturer of large steel structures and construction services. Over the years, we expanded and became a private limited company in 1997, registered with Petronas as a contractor. Our track record includes building petrol stations, pipelines, and oil tanks across Malaysia. From 1999 to 2015, we completed many projects, including schools, factories, and palm oil plantations.

Syarikat Perusahaan Majubina Sdn. Bhd. (SPMSB), began in 1997 with Bumiputera status and various accreditations. We started with welding works and installing iron frames for companies like Petronas and Shell. By 1991, we became a registered contractor for Petronas stations in Kelantan and expanded to river and estuary deepening projects in 1998.

Majubina Group Berhad also includes Majubina Agrotrade Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (MATRI) and Majubina Mining Sdn Bhd (MMSB). MATRI, founded in 2018, focuses on improving the agriculture industry. MMSB, established in 2022, specializes in mining and mineral trading and holds gold mine concessions in Kelantan. At Majubina Group Berhad, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth across our various sectors.

Additionally, Majubina Group Berhad is currently focused on two key areas: managing tank farms in Tok Bali, Kelantan, and engaging in commodity trading activities such as Bitumen and Crude Oil. These strategic focuses align with our goal of diversifying our operations while leveraging our expertise and experience in logistics and trading within the energy sector.
